The author
My name is Michael Monhollon, author@bookserial.com. I have been writing stories since I was ten, when I managed to write a dozen pages into a novel with the working title The Babe, the Boy and the Castle. My legal thriller Criminal Intent was published as a Signet paperback in 1992. Later, I became interested in a close reading of the gospel stories, using my imagination as well as research to better understand the person of Jesus. The result has been the novel unfolding on this site. In addition to being a writer, I am the dean of the Kelley College of Business at Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.
